Compensation fund

One objective of Finspection was to provide quality and neutral assistance in resolving conflict situations arising from disputes on exchanges. The main task of the organisation is to solve problems fairly and expertly, without involving the legal system. Finspection provides guaranteed protection for all traders, with the possibility of compensation payments.

How does it work?

 

Finspection is a kind of insurance company designed for customers working within the organisation. Each trader receives a EUR 20,000 compensation account in the event of a dispute. The finances are kept in a separate bank account, which guarantees their safety.

 

Features of company financing

 

The Company has a special account, which is regularly replenished with 10% of membership fees. Payment is made by all Finspection members on a regular basis. This fund is a guarantee of stability in the event of a conflict situation.

 

Who can use the fund

 

Traders who are part of Finspection have full rights to interact with the compensation fund created. Assistance is only available if the broker has refused to accept the trader’s conditions.

 

Compensation coverage

 

The Compensation Fund is fully entitled to “cover” decisions up to a total of EUR 20,000 (per customer).

* The compensation is credited to the personal account of the team member 90 days after the decision has been made. During this period, the organisation tries to compensate the entire amount directly.

** In the event of a large number of unsatisfactory claims, there may not be enough funds available to cover all needs. In this case, the current account will be divided equally among all team members.
